How do I place an order?

Ordering from nowablaze.us is quick and secure:

  2. Choose the fireplace or firebox that suits your space.
  3. Click Add to Cart.
  4. Proceed to Checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping and payment details.
  5. Confirm your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary right after purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept credit and debit card payments through Stripe, a secure and trusted payment processor.

Do you offer international shipping?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping times are 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at support@nowablaze.us. Once your order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you charge sales tax?
