Providing supplemental zone heating for a large room and showcasing stunning flame effects, this electric fireplace is sure to create a welcoming environment. Patent pending 3D flame effect technology offers a layered flame effect to create a truly realistic fire experience. The customizable 3D flame effect technology offers 125 selectable effect options to create your ideal fire, displayed on a realistic log set and ember bed. Five flame speed settings allow you to adjust from a fast roaring fire down to a gentle flickering flame, while five adjustable brightness settings allow you to select the perfect fire display for any occasion.

Use this fireplace worry-free as it is equipped with patent pending Safer Plug™ and Safer Sensor™ fire prevention technology. Safer Plug™ continuously monitors the temperature of the plug, and will turn off automatically if overheating occurs. Safer Sensor™ fire prevention technology alerts you when the heater is obstructed and will automatically shut off to prevent damage. This insert powers the LED lights on compatible TV stands and mantels.

At NowaBlaze, we take pride in delivering premium electric fireplaces and fireboxes safely and efficiently across the United States. This policy explains how we process and ship your orders, including estimated delivery times, shipping limitations, and what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
  • We are unable to deliver to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping is free on all orders within the continental U.S.
  • Orders to Alaska or Hawaii may include an additional shipping charge, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Timelines

We ship via reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and regional freight partners.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Transit times generally range from 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Most orders will arrive within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

For custom products, fulfillment will not exceed 14 business days, in accordance with platform requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • An estimated delivery date

Delivery Information

  • A signature may be required for high-value or freight shipments.
  • Large items such as fireplace inserts or mantel kits may be delivered via freight carrier with scheduled delivery windows.
  • If a delivery is missed, the carrier may attempt up to 3 times or require you to collect the item from a local depot.

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking number hasn’t updated in 5 or more business days, or if your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us at support@nowablaze.us. We’ll investigate and, if needed, send a replacement at no charge.

Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

  • If the damage is visible, refuse delivery and notify us immediately
  • If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos

We’ll replace or refund the item after reviewing the claim.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing or incorrect in your shipment, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Modifications and Cancellations

  • To modify your order, contact us before it ships.
  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they haven’t shipped yet.
