How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@nowablaze.us
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name and Order Number.
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong item, changed mind, etc.).
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be new, unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.
Return Shipping Costs
To ensure transparency, our return shipping cost policy is as follows:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is faulty or arrived damaged, NowaBlaze covers the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer Remorse: If you simply wish to return the product (changed mind, ordered the wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Shipping Damage: If you notice shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim.
- Defective/Wrong Items: If the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, you are covered under our 30-day return window. Contact support@nowablaze.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item following the process above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
